culture canyon Blvd. you shift, toss, roll awake
And
find yourself lucid dreaming in reverberating walls
Of the
creatively challenged, driven to search madly for
Heart,
blood and spirit that elongates your light beam,
And
makes deeper shadow than shade can lay claim to.
The
cave at the end of the canyon bares a red neon,
Conspires with a common theme song to overpower
The all
night rave party that younger minds embrace
To fill
you with a surge of greatness as you scatter your
Salt and spatter the empty heads of generations against
The
motel walls of bad dreams waking in next door hell.
Out on culture canyon Blvd. you fight, lunge, overcome
Fantasy
to end the reverberating party mentality that
You try
to incorporate into creative sleep search, road,
Steering and response to the night lines elongated by
A light beam, the deeper shadow darker than a closet.
